Shaker Cards

Materials Required:

• White Card 14 x 14cm
• Coloured Card 9 x 9cm
• Acetate 7 x 7cm
• Envelope
• Confetti
• 3D Foam Pads
• Peel Offs

Tools Required

• Pencil
• Ruler
• Craft Knife
• Cutting Matt
• Scissors
• Double Sided Tape

Measure 2cm in from all sides of the coloured card and mark in two places on each side. Rule lines to join up the marks and make a square then using a craft knife and ruler, cut along the lines to remove the marked square leaving a 2cm wide frame.

Working on the pencilled side, run a line of double sided tape along each inner edge (i.e. close to the aperture) of the coloured frame.

Remove the backing from the tape and position the square of acetate centrally over the frame then press into place.

Place this panel acetate side up and make a frame of sticky fixers on the back of the coloured frame. Make sure they all touch or the sequins may escape.

Place a small amount of your chosen confetti in a little heap in the very centre of the card, peel off the backing pieces from the sticky fixers and press into place.

Embellish your card as desired.
