Border Cards

Materials

First you need to prepare the frame.
Draw lines along each edge of the square of card, 3cm in from each edge.
Use a sharp craft knife and a metal ruler to cut along the frame you have drawn.
Make all the frames in this way.
Use a small piece of a 3D sticky pad to stick each bouquet onto the middle of each backing card.
Use the sticky pads included in your kit to stick the frames centrally onto your backing cards.
If necessary you can cut the sticky pads into smaller pieces.
Use double sided tape to stick the backing cards centrally onto the single fold cards.
Put your cards to one side while you make the flowers to decorate them with.
Take two flowers in colours of your chocie.
Use a cocktail stick or other pointy implement to put a small amount of PVA glue onto the bottom flower.
Press the second flower on top of the first one, turning it slightly so that it covers the gaps between the petals on the first flower.
Put another dot of PVA in the centre of the flower and press a star or sequin on top.
Carefully glue each flower onto your cards, one in each corner looks good, but you can try other designs.
Your cards are now finished, leave them undisturbed to dry for a while.
