You Will Need:

Square Single Fold Cards - Pearl White, Fresh Green, Regal Blue
Pearlescent Card 8cm Square - Red, White x 2
Pearlescent Card 6.5cm Square - Fresh Green, Regal Blue, White
Background Papers - Happy Birthday Blue on White, Happy Birthday Red on White, Gingham - Pale Green
Double Sided Tape 12mm
3mm Ribbon 15cm long - Red, Fresh Green, Blue
Mirror Flower 29mm x 29mm 12 Piece Pack
Craft Glue
Square Envelopes

Cut the background papers into 2 pieces 7cm square and 14.5 x 7cm. Use double sided tape to stick the largest piece of background paper onto the bottom of the card. Use craft glue and a cocktail stick to stick a 15cm length of ribbon over the top edge of the background paper.

Cut the pearl card to the sizes detailed above. A paper trimmer makes this quick and easy. Assemble each panel by layering a 7cm squared of background paper onto a 8cm square of card then adding a 6.5cm square of card on top. Stick the panel centrally onto the card.

Complete the card with a self adhesive jewel flower. For a really special finish, why not use a pearlescent envelope to match the card?
