- 3D Foam Tape Add to Basket

Cut the border card to 10cm square. Draw lines 2cm in from each edge. Cut out the aperture you have drawn with a craft knife and cutting matt. Stick double sided tape around all the edges of the back of the card.
Cut a piece of acetate to 9.5cm square. Stick it to the back of the border card. Stick 3D foam tape around all the edges of the acetate. It is essential that the foam goes all around the border card without any gaps at all. Even the smallest gap will allow your glitter beads to escape.
Cut the decorative paper to 9cm square and stick it onto the base card using double sided tape. Pour some glitter beads onto the paper ensuring that they stay in the middle of the paper. Carefully stick the border card and acetate over the beads so that they are trapped inside.
Decorate the card however you like, some ideas are shown in the example. You can use border peel offs, rhinestones, prepared embellishments, peel off greetings or rub an ink pad along the edges of the card for a subtle border effect.
