Foam Shapes EasterYou Will Need:
Easter BasketUse double sided tape to stick a piece of ivory paper 10cm x 7cm onto a piece of gold paper 11cm x 8cm. Pierce a hold in each corner of the ivory paper and push a small gold brad through it. Separate the two back parts of the brad and press them flat against the back of the paper. Stick the panel centrally onto the card using double sided tape. Use the daisy punch to punch to cut about 6 flowers from the ivory and gold papers. Use craft glue applied with a cocktail stick to glue the daisies together so that both colours of petals can be seen. Stick the flowers randomly around the gold and ivory panel. Use silicone glue to stick a bead onto the centre of each flower. Tip: A pack a grab and stab tools makes picking up the beads a doddle! Stick the foam Easter basket onto the paper panel. Easter EggsUse double sided tape to stick a piece of gold paper 21cm x 8cm onto one side of the card. Stick a strip of white card 21cm x 7cm on top of the gold paper. Assemble the Easter egg squares by sticking a 4cm square of card onto a 4.5cm square of coloured paper. Stick an egg onto each panel. Position the egg panels evenly down the card strip and stick in place with double sided tape. Add a peel off greeting if desired. A flower in one corner finishes the card off nicely. Easter BunnyStick a length of double sided tape across the width of the card about 4cm from the top. Place a strip of hot raspberry paper 2cm wide over this and press down. Trim off the excess paper. Cut a length of 2cm wide paper to about 10cm long. Stick this about three quarters of the way across the card about 4cm from the bottom. Stick a foam flower at the end of the strip so that the raw edge is covered. Stick the foam cracked egg onto the strip of paper. Assemble the square panel by sticking a 6cm square of paper onto a 6.5cm square of card and then onto a 7cm square of paper. Stick the panel to the card using double sided tape and complete with a foam bunny. Download a printer friendly copy of this project. You will need a copy of Acrobat Reader to open the file.
